Opta Service delivered a multi-floor Category B fit out at a commercial building on Southwark Street, transforming the first, third, and fifth floors into contemporary, high-performance workspaces. Commissioned by a returning client, the programme combined intelligent space planning with advanced building services to deliver environments that are both refined and resilient.

The scheme introduced open-plan work areas, private meeting rooms, breakout zones, and amenity spaces, supported by new AC systems, IT infrastructure, and M&E upgrades. Premium finishes, bespoke joinery, and curated furnishings established a sleek, modern identity, while architectural detailing added sophistication.
