We delivered a substantial workplace expansion for our client, transforming the second floor to create one cohesive, high-performing environment for an 86-person team.

As Principal Contractor, we delivered the project end-to-end: enabling works, new partitions and glazed screens, bespoke joinery, tea point installation, acoustic treatments, floor finishes, decoration, furniture coordination and detailed branded elements throughout.

The workspace introduced executive offices, a comprehensive meeting suite, collaboration areas, phone booths, wellness space, integrated storage and flexible open-plan desking.

We also coordinated the electrical, lighting, data, HVAC, fire-alarm and fire-stopping alterations, followed by testing, certification and handover. We are proud to have created a practical, polished workplace that supports teams’ growth while extending the identity of its existing office.
