We delivered a full Category B fit-out for existing client floor expansion at International House, acting as Principal Contractor from site set-up through to commissioning and handover.

The project combined detailed interior construction with a complete building-services package: partitions, MEP works, HVAC, DALI lighting controls, small power, IT infrastructure, fire and life-safety modifications,bespoke joinery, tea points, finishes and decoration.

The finished workplace also incorporated distinctive branded spaces, including reception, coffee bar, meeting rooms, all-hands and event areas, media space and a dedicated mothers’ room.

We managed the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the works, as well as the full compliance and O&M handover. We are proud to have delivered a carefully considered, operationally robust workplace that reflects clients’ identity and gives its growing team room to thrive.
