Opta Service delivered a full Category B fit out at a commercial building in Euston, central London. The programme transformed the space from a Cat A shell into a fully fitted workplace, complemented by ongoing day-two works to adapt to evolving tenant needs.

The fit out introduced open-plan desking, breakout areas, and a bespoke kitchen hub, alongside feature lighting and integrated joinery. Exposed architectural elements were balanced with clean finishes and warm materials, creating a contemporary environment designed for both focus and collaboration. More recently, Opta Service installed new built-in phone booths, further enhancing the functionality of the space.
